DAMS schedules appointments for multiple Providers across multiple facilities, including normal schedules, regular breaks, and periods of non-availability as required.  The appointment page shows each Doctor's day or week, or the selected day for multiple Doctors.  Convenient reports show the day's appointments, or appointments, cancellations, or no-shows for any selected date or range.

Patient information includes demographics, phones and e-mail addresses, blood type, pharmacy phone, and current insurance(s).  Patient recalls for follow-up, immunizations, or annual testing are scheduled and supported with reports, automated letters, and e-mail reminders. There is also an e-mail reminder for all scheduled appointments for next week or next day. 



DAMS is an inexpensive, multi-user program. It can be viewed from PCs in your network and, with a Virtual Private Network (VPN) setup, can be viewed/operated from any of your other offices or from home.
