with scheduling, insurance coverage, billing, e-claims, payment posting, and
reimbursement tracking/analysis. It also has an optional accounting & payroll system,
fully integrated with DOMS billing and EOB posting system.
DOMS E-Claims interfaces with clearing houses including WebMD, MCS, THIN and
OASIS. With the optional doctor's kiosk and electronic claim filing, your claims
can be completely filed before your patients even reach the parking lot!
DOMS integrated accounting system automatically registers claims, co-pays and
payments as they are entered in the DOMS billing system. This integration
includes all the features of our ARFIN accounting system. It can support retail
sales, accounts payable, purchasing and also includes an optional payroll
module.
T&E also offers DAMS - the Doctors Appointment
Management System - which is limited to patient appointment scheduling and
recall management.
