TPAS was custom-developed an insurance claims adjudication system which also invoiced Plan Sponsors and generated  routine correspondence.   TPAS supporte multiple clients, each with multiple insurance plans. It now processes HICF 1500s and UB-92 claims, tracks individual subscribers, dependents, COBRA participants and can support both indemnity and HMO/PPO plans.

TPAS also administered Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA coverage/billing..

TPAS could  be used by a company which wished to self-administer, as well as self-insure, their Medical Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts.
