Our happiest users are those who know all the tricks in getting our
applications to do the greatest amount of work for them. Part of this
comes from user training and part from the process consulting that is part
of the installation and customization process. On-site process consulting
and user training produces a high return on the investment.
User and System support is provided by our technicians by phone, internet,
and/or by interactive modem. Our Customer Support staff will walk you
through installation or help you figure out how to make your software do
more of the work you don't want to do anymore.
In addition to HELP service and system updates, our Annual Service Plan
also includes some pre-paid User Training - to help train replacement
staff or develop your super-users. Long-term happiness comes from well
trained users.
